Shipping Policy

Our Delivery Promise Thank you for choosing Aurotracker. We know you are excited to start your wellness journey. Our goal is to get your device to you safely and securely, no matter where you live.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During this time, your device is selected, quality-checked, and packed for shipment.

  • Schedule: Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every device meets our standards. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Origin & Estimates To provide the best value and access to our global inventory, we ship from our centralized international fulfillment centers.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Insured Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: Please allow 7-20 business days for delivery.

  • Cost: FREE (On qualifying orders)

  • Note: While most packages arrive early, occasional delays due to customs or carrier volume are out of our control. We ask for your understanding.

3. Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Activation: Please note that the tracking number may take 24-72 hours to become active in the system.

  • Need Help? If you have trouble reading the tracking info, simply email support@aurotracker.com and we will tell you exactly where your package is.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • US Orders: For most standard orders shipped to the USA, customs duties are rarely charged.

  • International: Aurotracker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Delivery Guarantee We stand behind our delivery. Unlike other companies, we do not leave you to fight with the post office.

  • Damaged Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with a photo of the condition. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows no movement for 30 days, we classify it as "Lost in Transit" and will reship your order at no cost to you.

6. P.O. Boxes Yes, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
