1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We understand that you need to try the device to ensure the screen is easy to read and the fit is comfortable. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

In the original packaging with all accessories (charger, manual).

Accompanied by the receipt or Order #.
2. How to Initiate a Return We make returns easy. Please email our support team at support@aurotracker.com.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with a return label or address for our US processing center.
3. Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: If you are returning the item due to personal preference (e.g., size, style), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your device arrived damaged or is not functioning correctly, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you (we cover the shipping).
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our center, we will notify you via email.

5. A Note on Wellness Tracking Please remember that our devices are designed for lifestyle and wellness tracking and are not medical devices. If you are returning the device because readings vary from your clinical equipment, we are happy to accept the return under our 30-Day Guarantee, provided the device is in like-new condition.
